How can I find Lotussia tours?
You can find Lotussia sample tours by browsing the drop-down menu on the left of the screen. As we are specialized in tailor-made trips, these package tours are only some popular and standard tours. They can easily be customized to match individual travelers requirements.
Do you offer longer or more customized tours?
As we said above, we are known for customized trips in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia. You can ask us of course to make tailor make a longer following your specific requirements. Our travel specialists will try their best to find out an itinerary which can meet your expectations.
If I have special needs for the tour?
If you have special requirements – for example, if you have a large group or young children, or you have infants or the olds in your group, or if you are handicapped or have physical limitations, if you have special transportation needs, or if you are vegetarian or have other food allergies – please do not hesitate to let us know, and we can work with both you and the service provider (restaurant, hotels, transportation ...) to ensure your satisfaction.
Can I request individualized trips?
Yes. You can submit trip requests by clicking on “Customize Trip” on the top menu or simply drop some word to our travel specialist here.
I'm looking for services that cater to a specific type of traveler. How can I find them?
All you have to do is search for your "Activity". Go to Search tours and choose one of the activities. Then, select one destination and start your search.

Yes. Lotussia Travel specializes in designing team building, meeting planning or incentive events around our travel products. Please contact our team for more details.
How can I book a trip?
It's very simple. You can either book with Lotussia Travel directly over the phone, email, fax or chat with our online travel specialist. If you choose to book online, we will process your booking on-line and all correspondence will be via email. Read our Booking terms and conditions.
I have booked a tour online but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?
The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is typing your email address incorrectly. Sometimes it is due to internet problem. Therefore, please double check your email address before finalizing your reservation. Also we have noticed that in some cases our confirmation email may end up in your "spam folder". If you do not find an email after eventually, please send an email with your booking number and details to booking[a]lotussiatravel.com
Can I make changes to my itinerary after I arrive?
Yes, as long as it's possible. We will give you a quotation. Although our policy is no refund for unused services, we consider minor changes involving minimal or no costs as part of the service and make no charge in such circumstances. |
