International Tour Operator Licence
The International Tour Operator License is the official paper was issued by Vietnam National Administration of Tourism allowing local tour operators organizing tours for foreign tourists traveling in Vietnam or Vietnamese Tourists going abroad. The license also allows travel companies sell all travel related services for both foreign and Vietnamese travelers such as hotels reservations, airlines tickets booking, car rental, visa application service…
A legitimate tourist company should have details of its international travel license and its ‘bond’ account number. Our license code is 01039/TCDL-GP LHQT. Our bond account is held by the Vietcom Bank: the account number is 0610000105103.
The International Travel License is only provided to the company who is qualified and meets the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism standards and requirements such as the tour operator should have a bond account in a state bank; The travel agency should have registered under the Provincial Authority for Planning and Investment (Our registration number: 0104002011); The travel agent has a good business plan with comprehensive documents, tour itineraries; The tourist company has at least three certificated tour guides; The company director should have at least five working years in a licensed travel company…
The money in the bond account is only for purpose of compensation. The Vietnam National Authority for Tourism will not allow any tour operator to withdraw the money from the bond account for any other purpose.
