Trip to Hanoi (July 2011)

We are safely back to Singapore and we want to thank-you for making our trip to Hanoi and Ha Long Bay so special. For my wife it was her first return after so many years and we are glad we decided to visit. Your tour guide , Cong,  was very capable and friendly and I will recommend Lotussia Travel to our friends.

Sapa bicycle tour (July 2011)

Thank you so much for a wonderful adventure. Our only suggestion would be better maintainance of the bikes (gears, chain oil etc).

But overall, a wonderful trip!

Trip to Ba Be National park (June 2011)

We enjoyed our trip very much. Chung was a very knowledgeable, considerate and efficient guide. We also felt very safe with the driver.

Ba Be has much to offer and it seems like there are many special experiences waiting for new tourists. I suggest that you keep looking for those and find some that not many go to. The small waterfall we went to was one of those experiences as well as the visit to the limestone cave and the little village in the rice field.

Another suggestion is to offer tourists the possibility of fishing (with fishing rod) and the possibility of watching wildlife at chosen location (birds, monkey). Less noisy boat might make that easier.

The The Sang guesthouse was very pleasant. If I had the choice again I would choose to stay two nights there and skip the night at the park headquarters.
