Lotussia Travel is specialized in value-for-money private customized tours since we understand that every travel experience should be as unique and individual as each traveler. 

On our motorcycle tours, we use Honda road bikes 125cc,150cc, 200cc, Yamaha road bike YBR 125cc, Honda Moped Scooter 125cc, Motocross 250cc, Honda CB 400 cc, Honda Cruiser Steed, Shadow 400cc, 750cc. The price is different if you select different bike and tour itinerary options.

Most of our motorcycle tours are “A la carte”. The tour rates change depending on the number/quality of the services that are added on the tour; the bike you take; the length of your motorbike tour...

Our first proposal is usually designed based on our Honda road bike CBF 150cc and the medium services such as standard, simple hotels, restaurants, eco class air tickets, standard train, standard cruises…Please read throughout our proposal and let us know if our proposed itinerary and services respond to your needs.

Here are some sample services we may include by default on our motorcycyle tours:

• Motorcycle,
• Support vehicle for medium and big group.
• Fuel
• Motorbike tour guide.
• Standard hotel, homestay
• All food.
• Entrance fees, tickets, permit,
• Boat trip.

The following services may not be added on the tour and can be also provided upon request. If the below services are provided by Lotussia Travel, they are not included on the land tour; they are quoted separately:

• Personal medical insurance
• Riding gears
• Train or flight ticket
• Dinner on the return date

Discounts:

We are offering returning customers a huge discount on any packaged tour they book with us (except air and train tickets reservations). We offer this discount as a simple way to thank them for using our service. Recommend our agency to your friends, colleagues, and they will have the opportunity to save.

As a valued Lotussia Travel Customer, you are entitled to the following discount related to our products:

• One-day, overnight and three-day packaged tours: 3%
• Five-day and longer tours: 5%
• Train or air tickets reservations: no service fee.

Simply email your travel consultant about the tour that you want to book along with your contact information, our travel consultant will make sure that you'll be given discounts on your next bookings.

Promotions:

We sometimes launch special deals, offers, and travel promotions through our monthly newsletter or press releases. Here are some occasions there may be special offers and promotions:

• Low travel seasons (June – September)
• Launch of new tour.

We also keep our Club Members updated about our monthly tour promotions and hotel promotions. So please do not forget to join Lotussia Travel Club.

RESERVATION.

• To reserve a motorcycle tour, it's necessary to send 10% of the total price to our bank account at least 2 weeks before the departure dates.
• The client is responsible for any bank charges.
• The balance must be paid before the departure

CANCELLATION.

• 50% of the total price will be retained for any cancellation within 1 week of the date of departure.
• No refund will be given in the event of cancellation during the tour.

→ The local exchange rate is applied (price in USD).

→ The remaining price for the participants will have to be re-evaluated depending on the number of remaining participants.

→ Furthermore, if additional participants join the original group number, the total price will be re-evaluated.

• Should one (or several) people leave the tour once it has commenced, all logistical expenses (telephone, insurance, transport, etc) will be charged to the departing participants.

INSURANCE.

• Our tours do not include personal insurance.
• Each participant must have individual repatriation insurance and provide information of the nearest representative office to Vietnam which we can contact in case of emergency.
• We ask each participant in our tours to sign a disclaimer stipulating that he/she contract personal insurance and that Lotussia Travel will not, in any circumstances, have to assume the responsibility or the expenses caused in the event of accident or disease. Any expenses incurred by Lotussia Travel in such circumstances will have to be reimbursed.
