Day 1: Arrive in Hanoi. Pickup at Noi Bai airport & Transfer to Hanoi city center. Hanoi city tour. Overnight train to Laocai.
Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi via flight ???, you will be greeted by Lotussia Travel guide, driver then escorted to your hotel in Hanoi city center.
Visit Hanoi with such sights as the Ho Chi Minh Stilt House, One Pillar Pagoda and the Temple of Literature – The first National University of Vietnam.
In the afternoon, continue to visit the Ethnology museum where you can find the biggest object collection of 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups.
In the evening, transfer to Hanoi Railways Station for overnight train to Laocai. Train ??? Departure at 20:30 (To be confirmed).

Day 2: Laocai - Sapa. Hike around Sapa visiting local hill tribe villages (B,L).
Arrive Lao Cai Railway Station early this morning. You will be met up by Lotussia Travel local team and transferred to Sapa.
Breakfast will be provided in a local restaurant in town.
After breakfast and a short rest, we will travel by car downhill to Ta Phin village where you can meet the Red Dao and Black Hmong minorities, two largest ethnic groups in Sapa. Here your guide will tell you about local daily life. After that start ascending on a dirt trail through a mountainous area. En route, you have many opportunities to enjoy spectacular view over terraced rice fields and cornfields.
After lunch, provided en route the trek continues going downhill towards Mong Sen village where we will find our car. Travel back to Sapa.

Day 3: Travel to Bac Ha. Visit Bac Ha market. Boat trip on Chay river. Laocai – Hanoi (B,L).
Depart for Bac Ha.
Bac Ha market, located in the heart of Bac Ha small town is the largest market in the area. Every Sunday, people of different ethnic groups come here to sell their homemade products or buy something for the family. They are Hmong, Phu La, Back Dzao, Tay or Nung minorities.
Your lunch will be provided in a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we drive downhill towards Lao Cai for about half an hour. We stop on the way (before reaching Lao Cai) to have a short walk to a Tay village. Tay villages are always set up at the foot of a mountain or along a stream and are named after a mountain, a field, or a river. Each village contains about 15-20 households. A large village is divided into many small hamlets. The houses are built on stilts or level with the ground. Stop by a traditional Tay house for a cup of tea before taking a boat cruise upstream the Chay River. The boat trip will end at Coc Ly where your vehicle will be waiting for you for a short drive to Lao Cai Railways station for the night train back to Hanoi.

Day 4: Hanoi - Halong bay. Boat trip with kayaking (B,L,D).
Arrive in Hanoi early this morning, transfer Hanoi morning flower market.
Then, enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life.
Arrive in Halong around noon and board the Bai Tho traditional sailing junk (or similar junk). Whilst cruising the exquisite waters sample the regions fresh seafood and enjoy great photo opportunities of shaped islands like Dog island, Incense Burner island, Fighting Cock island and so on.
Visiting Sung Sot cave and have a swim at Titop beach or kayak around.
Watch the sunset over the bay whilst enjoying a delicious dinner.

Day 5: Transfer to Cat Ba Island. Trekking Cat Ba National Park (B,L).
Breakfast on board. Then we will disembark the boat-house taking another small wooden boat going to Cat Ba island.
Upon your arrival on Catba island boat pier, you will be welcome by motorbike drivers who will take you then to a local restaurant for your lunch before dropping you off at Cat Ba national park for a half day walk within the park.
Transfer to your hotel in Cat Ba town.
Check-in hotel for overnight.
Day 6: Cat Ba island – Hai Phong by speed boat. Return to Hanoi by car (B).
Free morning at leisure.
After lunch (optional), transfer to Cat Ba island boat pier to take a speed boat returning to Hai Phong. Then travel to Hanoi.

Day 8: Day trip to Hoa Lu and Tam Coc, Ninh Binh (B,L).
Leaving Hanoi, we head south for the two hour drive along Highway One. Arrive in Hoa Lu and spend one hour visiting the Dinh and Le sanctuaries. These are the two remaining temples of the ancient citadel of Hoa Lu. The first is dedicated to Dinh Tien Hoang (also known as Dinh Bo Linh), an Emperor from the Dinh Dynasty. The second commemorates the rulers of the Le Dynasty. Dinh Bo Linh successfully conquered Vietnam’s first independent rulers, the Ngo Dynasty. On his death in 980, General Le Hoan wisely married Dinh’s widow and established the Le Dynasty and enlarged the citadel.
We then move on to Tam Coc for a two- hour boat trip along the Boi River. This area is rightly often referred to as the Ha Long Bay on land due to the similar topography.
Return back to Hanoi around 18:00.

Day 9: Fly to Hue. Hue city tour half day (B).
Transfer to Noibai airport for your onward flight to Hue. Flight ???. Departure at ??? (To be advised).
You will be greeted at Hue airport and transfered to your hotel in Hue city center.
After lunch (optional), visit the Mausoleum of Tu Duc (or Khai Dinh). Then move on to visit the Imperial City and the Forbidden Purple City. This royal residence was all but destroyed during the 1968 Tet Offensive, however it is still fascinating to walk among the ruins.

Day 10: Boat trip on the Perfume river. Hue - Da Nang – Hoian (B).
Enjoy a boat trip on the Perfume River to visit the beautiful Thien Mu Pagoda considered as Royal Pagoda of the Nguyen Dynasty.
Travel to Da Nang.
On the way we will stop at the famous Marble Mountains, which is a cluster of five marble and limestone hills located in Ngu Hanh Son ward, south of Da Nang city. The five 'mountains' are named under the five elements Kim (metal), Thuy (water), Moc (wood), Hoa (fire) and Tho (earth). Here we visit a colorful pagoda setting on the mountain and climb to the summit of one of the peaks.
Continue travelling to Hoian.

Day 15: Travel to Can Tho - Mekong Delta. Boat trip (B,L).
Transfer to Caibe. Arrival in Cai Be, enjoy the boat trip on Tien Giang River, visiting the floating market Cai be where organizes special market in Mekong Delta. Continue to visit green rice flakes, rice crispy cake, coconut candy milk90 and enjoy. Visiting Mr. Ba Kiet’s ancient house (Ut Kiet) – one of the ninth ancient houses of Vietnam were restored by Japanese. Then tasting exotic fruits in the South of Vietnam.
Lunch will be provided in an ancient house.
Walking on the country lane and discover local people’s life. Rowing on small boat to return motorboat. Drive to Can Tho, the city considered as the heart of the Mekong Delta.

Day 16: Visit floating market. Travel to Chau Doc (B,L).
Enjoy a boat trip on the Mekong river to visit Cai Rang, the famous floating market in the west of Viet Nam, along narrow waterways through the lush vegetation to an orchard garden where we have the opportunity to visit local homes.
Disembarking and having lunch in local restaurant.
Transfer to Chau Doc. Check-in hotel. Then, visit the Sam Mountain, the Tomb of Thoai Ngoc Hau, the foundator of Chau Doc area. Ba Chua Xu pagoda is a famous place with a legend for popular people.

Day 17: Chau Doc – Phnom Penh by speed boat. Phnom Penh city tour (B).

Visit to Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, Independence Monument, National Museum and Wat Phnom.

Day 18: Phnom Penh city tour (B).
The morning will be spent for the visit of the Killing Field, Toul Sleng Genocide Museum & Russian Market.
Afternoon, continue discover Phnom Penh visiting weaving village at Kean Svay & local people living along the river, then come back to Phnom Penh and view sunset along the Mekong River.

Day 19: Travel by boat from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap (B).
Breakfast at hotel, then transfer to Phnom Penh Ferry for departure to Siem Reap (0730 – 1330).

Day 20: Visit Angkor Temples, Siem Reap (B,D).
In the morning, we will visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom, the famous Bayon, Baphoun, the Terrace of Temple, Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King.
After lunch (optional), it is time to visit the world wonder of Angkor Wat and sunset from Phnom Bakheng Hill.
Dinner with Apsara dance show in a local restaurant.

Day 21: Angkor temples discovery (B).
To day we drive to visit Kbal Spean, 50km northeast of Siem Reap or 18km from Banteay Srei. The original "River of Thousand Lingams", Kbal Spean is an intricately carved riverbed deep in the foothills of the Cambodian jungle. Visit to Banteay Srei temple (10th cntury), regarded as the jewel in the crown of classical Khmer Art.
Then continue your visit to Banteay Samre, build in the third quarter of the 12th century. it consists of a central temple with four wings preceded by a hall and accompany by two libraries, the southern example remarkably well preserved.
We continue to visit the fabulous Ta Prohm embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers, Pre Rup, East Mebon, Neak Poan.

Day 22: Boat trip on Tonle Sap lake. Depature (B).
We board on boat in Tonle Sap Lake. Here, enjoy a brief cruise past floating villages complete with schools, restaurants, and hospitals.
