Depart from Vientiane and drive north along the road No 10. After 45 km, upon reaching Ban Napeang, we will see the sign for the National Park of Phou Khao Khuay. From here begin to ride on a dusty road until we get to a checkpoint for permit.
We follow the dusty and hilly road until we reach to the top of mountain covered by pine trees (900m ASL), that offers a great. We then take a rocky trail for a short fun ride before we go back to easier trail.
We continue to ride around the reservoir of Hydro-Power Dam. We will make a stop at the Hmong village of Ban Pa Pek, where we will have late lunch. We have time to visit the village of Ban Vang Hua. After that, we ride back to the Ban Napheng where we meet the road No 10 for our journey back to Vientiane. End trip.
