Lotussia Travel only provides private customized tours since we understand that every travel experience should be as unique and individual as each traveler. This tour itinerary is only one sample we try to customize for your information.
This tour departure can be flexible; the tour details can be further customized and adjusted subject to weather conditions and other circumstances. Our travel experts are waiting to hear from you so that we can custom design a Vietnam tour to your individual specifications.
The tour rates change depending on the number/quality of the services that are added on the tour. Most of our first proposal has been designed based on the medium services such as three-star hotels, middle-range restaurants, eco class air tickets, standard train, standard cruises…Please read throughout our proposal and let us know if our proposed itinerary and services respond to your needs.
Here are some sample services we may include by default on this tour:
- Private English-speaking biking guide.
- Private A/C 16-seater minibus with driver for transfers and support (if there are two people) or 01 private A/C 16-seater minibus with driver with a support truck (if there are 3 people and over).
- Local bike hire and helmet for cycling days as per itinerary (Trek Bike 3900; 24 speeds).
- Meals as mentioned on (B= Breakfast, L= Lunch & D= Dinner)
- Healthy snack, fresh local fruits during the cycle.
- All sightseeing entrance fee where required in the itinerary.
- One night homestay in a local house in village (share the house with family with private bedding setup)..
The following services may not be added on the tour and can be also provided upon request. If the below services are provided by Lotussia Travel, they are not included on the land tour; they are quoted separately:
- International, domerstic air tickets and airport departure tax.
- Vietnam visa stamping fees.
- Hotel accommodation in Hanoi.
- Travel Insurance. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance from home.
- Beverage and alcoholic drinks.
- Tips.
- Personal expenditure such as telephone, laundry, shopping and any other services not clearly mentioned on.
Discounts:
We are offering returning customers a huge discount on any packaged tour they book with us (except air and train tickets reservations). We offer this discount as a simple way to thank them for using our service. Recommend our agency to your friends, colleagues, and they will have the opportunity to save.
As a valued Lotussia Travel Customer, you are entitled to the following discount related to our products:
- One-day, overnight and three-day packaged tours: 3%
- Five-day and longer tours: 5%
- Train or air tickets reservations: no service fee.

We sometimes launch special deals, offers, and travel promotions through our monthly newsletter or press releases. Here are some occasions there may be special offers and promotions:
