Day 1: Arrive Hanoi. Hanoi - Laocai. Overnight train.

Upon your arrival at Noibai airport (Hanoi) at ?h via flight ?, you will be greeted by Lotussia Travel guide, driver and transferred to Hanoi city center.

Visit the Ethnology museum where you can find the biggest object collection of 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups.

In the evening, transfer to Hanoi Railway Station for the night train trip to Laocai. Overnight on board train.

Day 2: Arrive Laocai. Visit Lung Khau Nhin Thursday market. Travel to Sapa (B,L).

Arrive Laocai early this morning, around 5:00 a.m. You will be welcome by our local team then transferred to a local restaurant in town for short rest and early breakfast.

At 8:00, travel to Lung Khau Nhin market. Every Thursday, Flower Hmong, Tu Di, Tay and Giay ethnic groups come to the market to buy and sell local products such as food and material for agriculture and fabric. After visiting the market, we can have a short walk to a Black Dao village before driving back to Muong Khuong for lunch. After lunch, get on our vehicle again and drive to Sapa.

Check into a local hotel for overnight.

Day 3: Sapa trekking. Homestay in a local hill tribe village (B,L,D).

Breakfast at hotel. Leaving Sapa, we will begin the two-day trek through rice paddy terraces and corn fields. Your picnic lunch will be provided on the spot. After lunch, we continue our trek downhill towards Taphin village where you will meet Red Dao and Black Hmong minorities, two largest ethnic groups in Sapa area. Stop by a house to talk with local people to know a bit more about their daily life, their customs and tradition.

Have dinner and overnight in the village.

Day 4: Trek back to Sapa town. Travel to Laocai. Laocai – Hanoi (B,L).

After breakfast, continue our trek towards Sapa, we will pass through several hill tribe villages and rice paddy terraces along the way. Upon arriving in Matra village inhabited by Black Hmong people, we will stop for our lunch. Then, we continue our walk to Sapa.

Have a short rest/shower before transfer to Lao Cai Railway Station and get the night train back to Hanoi. Train? Departure at 20:30 (to be confirmed). Overnight on board train.

Day 5: Arrive Hanoi early this morning. Drive to Halong bay. Halong bay junk cruise. Sea kayaking (B,L,D).

Arrive in Hanoi early this morning, you will be picked up by another Lotussia Travel guide, driver and transferred to a local restaurant in town for breakfast.

After a short rest, depart to Halong Bay. Enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life. Arrive in Halong and board a traditional-style sailing junk. Whilst cruising the exquisite waters sample the regions fresh seafood. Visit the recently discovered Surprise Grotto with its great views, and on the next island see the yawning mouth of Bo Nau Cave. Alternatively journey to Dau Go Cave and nearby see the famous stalagmites and stalactites of Thien Cung Cave. Enjoy a swim in the emerald waters of Halong Bay or one-hour kayaking trip through strange shaped rock formations. Watch the sun set over the bay whilst enjoying a delicious dinner.

Overnight on board junk.

Day 6: Continue cruising, kayaking (B,L,D).

Breakfast on board. Then we continue our cruise; Taking one more hour kayaking before getting back to the support boat for lunch.

In the afternoon, we cruise towards the Islands of Rocks and visit the Fishermen floating village. We will kayak in Ba Men temple area which is also a important highlight of our journey. Swimming at the sandy Three Peach beach if weather permits and enjoy the great view of Halong bay sunset.

Dinner and overnight on board junk.

Day 7: Halong bay - Hanoi. Luxury spa package ( B).

Breakfast will be served early on board while the boat is going back to shore. Arrive at Ha long wharf about 11h00 and take our car for our journey back to Hanoi.

Enjoy one-hour massage package in one of most finest spa salon in town - A full body massage both invigorating and relaxing. This massage helps to reduce tension, soothe sore muscles and increase circulation.

In the evening, attend to the water puppet show, one of famous Vietnamese traditional art.

Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 8: Fly to Danang. Travel to Hoian. Hoian city tour (B).

Transfer to Noibai airport for a short flight to Danang.

Welcome at Danang airport by Lotussia Travel team and then escorted to your hotel in Hoian ancient town.

In the afternoon, start exploring this small ancient town, first commercial center in Vietnam since the 15th century, with more than 800 classified buildings, visiting Japanese Covered Bridge, Tan Ky Old house, Assembly Hall Chinese. Phuc Kien Pagoda, Hoian Museum and Market.

Overnight in Hoian.

Day 9: Cham island diving. Free afternoon (B,L).

After breakfast, you will be picked up by our diving adventure team and transferred to the boat pier. Leaving the coast, you will be explained by our diving instructor about the theories of diving and practical advises. Arrival at the Cham islands and enjoy one discover scuba dive with a certified PADI Instructor.
Transfer to Bai Chong  beach for lunch.

In the afternoon, just stay free at leisure to enjoy the beach activities such as swimming, walking or simply relaxing. Return to mainland and transfer back to the hotel.

Day 10: Travel to Danang. Fly to Ho Chi Minh city (Saigon). Half day city tour (B).

Transfer to Da Nang airport for a short flight to Ho Chi Minh city. VN ??? Departure at ??? (to be confirmed).

You will be greeted by our local team at Tan Son Nhat airport (Ho Chi Minh city) and transferred to hotel.

In the afternoon, enjoy a half day city tour with Ho Chi Minh City most wanted highlights such as the Post Office, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Reunification palace. Then continue towards Cholon for a quick visit of Thien Hau temple and the Binh Tay market.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 11: Full day excursion to Cai Be, Vinh Long - Mekong Delta (B,L).

Our one day cruise excursion starts from Ho Chi Minh with a drive to Cai Be – Phu An where we will board the Cai Be Princess at around 10.00 am. The tour will start with the visit of Cai Be colorful floating market. We will proceed by the visit of some local home factories such as rice paste making, rice pop corn, coco candies, and longans drying processing.

The trip continues along the Mekong canals to Dong Hoa Hiep Island located between Vinh Long and Cai Be. During this cruise you will discover beautiful landscapes along the river and observe the typical Mekong delta rural life. Stops on the way can be made upon request for particular visits or photos making. These evergreen islands among the Mekong River still remain unknown to many people.

Lunch awaits you at Le Longanier restaurant at La Residence de Phu An resort, a superb Indochine style resort. After a short walk along a narrow canal, the excursion will end at around 3.30pm where the vehicle will await you for your transfer back to Saigon.

Day 12: Fly to Nha Trang (B).

After breakfast, transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for a short flight to Nhatrang (without guide). VN ??? Departure at ??? (to be confirmed).

Upon your arrival at Nha Trang airport, you will be welcome by our hotel representative and transferred to your resort hotel.

Overnight in Nhatrang.

Day 13: Nha Trang beach resort (B).

Full day free at leisure to enjoy the prime beach of Nha Trang or just relax on the hotel/resort poolside. Optional beach activities can be arranged on the spot with the resort. Please check with your resort staff for more details.

Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 14: Nha Trang beach resort (B).

Full day free at leisure.

Day 15: Fly back to Saigon (B).

Free at leisure until transfer to Nha Trang airport for onward flight back to Ho Chi Minh city (without guide). Flight ??? Departure at ???.

You will be greeted again by our driver in Ho Chi Minh city airport & transferred to your hotel in town (without guide).

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 16: Fly to Siem Reap, Cambodia (B).

According to your departure time, transfer to Ho Chi Minh city airport for onward flight to Siem Reap, Cambodia (without guide). Flight ??? Departure at??? (to be advised). End of Vietnam portion.

Upon your arrival in Siem Reap airport, you will be welcome by Lotussia Travel local team and transferred to hotel for check-in.

Start your visit to South Gate of Angkor Thom, the famous Bayon, Baphoun, the Terrace of Temple, Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King. It is time to visit one of the great wonders of the world, symbol of the heart and soul of the Cambodia, Angkor Wat. Then view wonderful sunset from the top of Phnom Bakheng Hills.

Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 17: Angkor Wat full day tour (B).

Breakfast at hotel. We continue to visit the fabulous Ta Prohm embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers, Pre Rup, East Mebon, and Neak Poan. Visit Krovan, Royal Bath of Srah Srang and Banteay Kdei temples.

Tonight you will enjoy dinner with Khmer Apsara Dance Show.

Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 18: Boat trip on Tonle Sap lake. Departure (B).

We board on boat in Tonle Sap Lake, the "Great Lake" of Cambodia, one of the largest in Asia. Here, enjoy a brief cruise past floating villages complete with schools, restaurants, and hospitals.

Free & leisure at your own time for rolling at local markets or shopping until transfer to Siem Reap Airport for departure. Flight ??? Departure at ???. End trip.
