Bang Hot Mineral Spring is located in Kim Thuy Commune, Le Thuy District, Quang Binh Province. The surface mineral water here is hot enough to boil eggs. It is the only hot mineral spring in Vietnam with an on-spot temperature of 105oC.

Bang Hot Mineral Spring is a tourist attraction of Quang Binh province as many see bathing in hot mineral water as a health treatment for several diseases.

The Annamite Mountain Range runs across the western end of this province and features many limestone caves and small gorges along the rivers. The mineral water is rich in calcium and other minerals and is now bottled for use by the Bang Mineral Water Company.

Bang Hot Mineral Spring has become prestigious since there are many precious elements in the water. This hot spring is also very potential for wellness tourism. Investments have been made on several ten hectares of land area for the development of swimming pools, spas, and accommodation to make Bang Hot Spring a favorite resort and wellness tourism destination in Vietnam.

The province is also home to some other tourist attractions, such as Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park (a World Heritage Site listed by UNESCO) and the Da Nhay, Nhat Le beaches, the temple of mandarin Nguyen Huu Canh who greatly contributed to the national expansion to today Ca Mau Cape, An Ma Lake and many other cultural and historical vestiges.
